The creative industry is forever growing, changing, and adapting to the demand of technology. Nigerian creative industry is helping to create jobs in the country, as the second highest employer of labour in recent years, with over one million people currently employed in the industry. This industry is growing exponentially in Africa and around the world; and with the newly introduced Digital Broadcasting in Nigeria and other African countries; the challenge is content development that can meet the standard of exhibition.

There have been serious complains from employers about a dearth of skills among youth, and this requires a massive skills acquisition programmes to prepare them for challenges of the current trends.

It is declared by the African development Bank that for Nigeria to retain her position as African number one economic nation, the creative industry that took her to the height should not be neglected, as it provides job for the growing youth population.

Master Training Programme is a training designed to train youth allover Africa both online and through Masterclass Workshops. The coursework is delivered online with a lot of practicals for the week, while a monthly workshop is organised for all the students. The courses available for now are:

Script writing, Cinematography, Sound Design, Visual Effects, Video Editing, and Digital Marketing. Each course duration is 3 months with weekly online training with the Master Trainer.
